Established in 2004, BDB is an international development and operating business which specialises in the hotel and leisure market.

Our developing philosophy is to design projects which maximize investors’ returns but also protect the local communities and environment. In order to do this BDB liaises with planning authorities and government agencies to ensure our developments meet the most stringent guidelines, whilst also consulting with local and international hotel specialists and tour operators to ensure our products comply with their specific standards and requirements.
