BDB Group

BDB Group comprises of a customer services team based in Sofia offering a wealth of local knowledge and expertise. The team specialise in translating legal documents, organising site visits, arranging notary transfer and legal co-ordination, insurance, connection of utilities, and registering the property for local taxes. They also provide supplementary advice on furnishing packages and optional extras.

BDB Group also has a Development Department, Procurement Team, Bulgarian Finance Team, In-house Legal Team, and a Hotel Operating & Marketing Department.
