Design & Build Development Manager, Development Department

Key responsibilities include the co-ordination of design and construction programs, co-ordinating all aspects and departments involved in the development process, achieving developments on time and on budget, advising the investors on key decisions, finishing quality and budgetary control, key supplier management, FIDIC contract administration, final building hand over at Certificate of use.

Candidates should have previous development and management experience with a clear understanding of the development process in Bulgaria. Good project management skills and computer skills (MS Project) are essential. Highly organised with excellent communication skills and fluent in English also essential.

Procurement Manager, Development Department

Key responsibilities will include management of the procurement team and main contractor concerning the tendering, purchasing and scheduling of the FF&E (Fixtures, Furniture and Equipment) for 3 four star hotels. Achieve the quality and budgets set by the shareholders. Manage international and local suppliers. Co-ordinate with BDB's in-house Interior design team and FF&E team.

Candidates must have a proven track record of international and local procurement in a similar sized or similar developing/ construction business. Be capable of establishing relations with both local and international suppliers. Good project management skills and computer skills (MS Excel) are essential. Highly organised with excellent communication skills and fluent in English also essential.

Financial Director, Finance Department

Reporting directly to the General Managers & Shareholders, key responsibilities include overall financial control & strategy, ownership of legal, accounting & taxation statutory requirements, financial reporting to shareholders & management, and providing a financial framework & strategy for the Hotel Operations Dept.

Candidates will have a proven track record of working in similar sized companies with at least three years financial management experience, as well as a good understanding of the hotel & developing business with excellent organisation and communication skills. Fluent in English also essential.

Accountant, Finance Department

Reporting to the Head Accountant, key responsibilities will include co-ordinating information from the Bulgarian Accounts Department and producing reports for the UK BDB office.

Two years accounting experience and a good technical knowledge are essential, with excellent organisation and communication skills. Fluent in business English also essential.

Hotel Marketing Manager, Hotel Operating Department

Key responsibilities will include provision and implementation of an overall marketing strategy for the hotel chain, meet and over achieve occupancy objectives, co-ordinate marketing activities, and manage and develop relations with regional & international tour operators.

Candidates must have at least two years industry experience and an understanding of local & foreign tour operators. Highly motivated & capable of achieving targets, with excellent organisation & communication skills. Fluent in English also essential.
